Fertilization Notes:

Fertilization is defined as the most spontaneous and significant part of all living organisms. It is the process in which engenderment and breeding takes place and as a result new individual i.e offspring are originated from their parents. It is involved in sexual reproduction that is the mutual interaction of male(sperm) and female(ovum) gametes, each having independant hapliod set of chromosomes, in producing a diploid zygote.
