Molecules Notes:
Molecules are made up of atoms that are held together by bonds or forces. They do not have an electrical charge. A molecule is the smallest particle in a chemical element or compound that has the chemical properties of that element or compound. Molecules are made up of atoms that are held together by chemical bonds. These bonds form as a result of the sharing or exchange of electrons among atoms. An example of a molecule is the water molecule which is made up 2 hydrogen and one oxygen atom that are held close together with the help of bonds.
