Cyclin Notes:
Cyclin is a family of proteins that control the progression of cells through the cell cycle by activating cyclin-dependent kinase enzymes. Cyclin proteins are basically regulatory proteins that regulate the Cyclin-dependent kinases and consequently have an important role to play in the cell cycle. The levels of these cyclins keeps fluctuating in the cells according to the need.
