Un weighted Batch Means Control Chart Definition:
Un-weighted batch means (UBM) control chart breaks successive groups of sequential observations into batches, with equal weights assigned to every point in the batch.

Un weighted Batch Means Control Chart Notes:
Correlation can be detected in process data. When the process data is auto correlated, a special type of control chart can be used which is called batch means control chart. Auto correlation shows the correlation between two observed values separated by a specific time interval. It shows the similarity between the data observations. Un-weighted batch means control chart was developed by Runger and Willemain in 1996. Un-weighted batch means control chart is used to divide the data observations into batches and assign a specific equal weight to each data point in the batch. The means of the batches are then plotted as a control chart. Un-weighted batch means model can usually be used in simulations.
