Critical Success Factors Notes:
For quality improvement, there are some factors that must be taken into consideration. These factors show if the efforts of improvement are affecting the process positively or in other words the effort are successful in improving the process/quality. These factors are called critical success factors. They key success factors for quality improvement include involvement of top management i.e. commitment towards quality and guidance to the employees, leadership, teamwork, training and development of employees regarding quality, communication within the organization at all levels, focus on customers, and participation of employees in process/quality improvements. These aspects must be considered and worked on if an organization wishes to successfully implement process improvements.
