Three Spheres of Quality Definition:

Three Spheres of Quality Notes:

In order to understand the broader concept of quality, three spheres of quality are studied. The three spheres of quality covers all the aspects of quality, be it in the design phase, manufacturing phase or quality of the overall organization. The three spheres of quality include quality control, quality assurance, and quality management. Quality control sphere is a scientific method to analyze quality with three phases (analysis, relationship, and generalization). The second sphere is quality assurance which focuses on ensuring good quality of a product in the design phase i.e. before the actual production in order to detect any defects at an early stage to save time and money. The final sphere is quality management that involves integrating the quality control and assurance activities at management level.
