Audits are ways of assessment of an organization regarding different functions. The assessment can be internal assessment or external assessment. In either way, an audit performed should be a quality audit so that the results of the audit can provide areas of improvement within an organization and time consumed and cost of audit can be justified. When quality audits are performed, they help in understanding the customers well by improving customer service and providing them the products according to their requirements. A quality audit is the one that is well planned and impartial/unbiased. A quality audit aids to collect all the relevant information and to professionally judge the facts before coming up to any conclusion.
