Learning Curve Effect Notes:
Within an organization, different people with different expertise work. However, a person is never perfect. He/she can learn new things every day. Also, there is always a room for improvement in the already possessed knowledge. A concept that outlines the fact that a person gets better at a job, the more he/she performs it is called learning curve effect. To portray this effect, a graphical method is used and the graphical representation is called learning curve. A learning curve shows time or experience on x-axis and worker's learning on y-axis. The learning curve effect is applicable to the situations where the same task is performed by a person.
