Features Notes:

One of the eight product quality dimensions is features. Features are the characteristics of a product that add to its capability and efficiency. In addition to the intended basic performance of a product, customers usually go for the features, considering the products with more and better features credible. The price difference in different products are normally based on the added features. The companies charge more from customers for added features. For example, while buying a laptop, a customer would look for display type, screen resolution, RAM size and internal storage capacity and would be willing to pay for the better features.
