It is human nature to not trust a new person at once. There are always barriers in communicating with the other members of a new project team due to lack of familiarity. A new project team faces all these issues which are resolved with time. When a team is developed, the process is divided into four stages. The fourth stage of team development is called performing. At this stage, all the team members are highly motivated and work efficiently to achieve the project objective. The communication among the members is excellent. There is a sense of unity among the members. The team members feel confidence in performing their assigned roles. At this stage, the team members not only feel empowered by also are willing to help each other. Members feel satisfied and gain professional experience.
