Bacteremia Notes:
Bacteremia is a state, which is used to describe the presence of bacteria in blood. This condition can result from activities done on daily basis such as brushing teeth vigorously, medical or dental procedures, or from infections such as urinary tract infection (UTI) or pneumonia. Bacteremia can persist or cause problems if a person is having heart valve abnormalities or an artificial joint.
