Menopause Definition:
After about 500 cycles, a woman undergoes menopause, the cessation of ovulation and menstruation. Menopause usually occurs between the ages of 46 and 54.

Menopause is the time in a females life when menstrual periods cease permanently, andthe women are no longer able to have children. Menopause typically occurs at 52 years of age.In medical terms menopause also has happened to occur when a woman has not had any vaginal bleeding for a year. It may also be defined by a decrease in hormone production by the ovaries or a general ageing process by which the periods cease.
