System View Definition:
Sytem view is a management viewpoint that focuses on the interactions between the various components that combine to produce a product or service.

System View Notes:
There are different management styles. A view of management which considers an organization as a system is called system view of management. Generally, a system is a combination of different parts working together. An organization, as a system, consists of different departments (acting as components) working with great interaction in order to run the organization (system) effectively. The components (departments) of the organization (system) perform the designated tasks to achieve the common goals and objectives of the organization. An organization can be considered an open system. An open system is the one which is affected by its environment in one way or another. Same is the case with an organization. An organization involves the elements of inputs, processes and outputs while the external environment provides opportunities and impose threats.
