In any process, the activity of control is very important. Even though, the whole process is planned perfectly, there still is a chance that the process may deflect from the actual plan. Therefore, it must be monitored regularly for control purposes. To control a process, data regarding the process must be collected, evaluated and compared with the planned process. The activity of control aids in keeping the process stable and efficient. As far as quality is concerned, controlling the processes is very important to ensure it. For this reason, the core processes are regularly monitored and actions are taken accordingly.
