When individuals are grouped together to work for a particular project, they must work efficiently to achieve the project objective. An efficient project team must have some characteristics. One of them is result orientation. A project manager is responsible to define the overall project object and explain in detail the role of each team member in order to achieve that objective. A project team that is focused on the outcome of the project are said to be result oriented. Result orientation is a skill necessary for the members of a project team which enables the members to understand what results are important and how those could be achieved. Members with result orientation skills are always willing to go an extra mile for the project objectives.
