The data regarding stakeholders is to be analyzed and represented in order to make decisions regarding stakeholders' engagement, influence and impacts etc. A technique to represent stakeholder data is stakeholder mapping and representation. Different methods are used for stakeholder mapping and representation. One of them is called power/interest grid. Power/interest grid is used to group the stakeholders on the basis of their power and interest in the project. Power refers to the degree of authority of the stakeholders in the project while interest denotes the stakeholder's concern level for the outcomes of the project. Power/interest grid is usually used for small scale projects having simple relationships with the project stakeholders.
