Alpha Beta T Cells Notes:
Alpha-beta T-cells are the type of T cells that have T-cell receptors (TCR) composed of two chains of glycoproteins known as α (alpha) and β (beta) chains. The cells that display the alpha/beta T-cell receptors are CDS and CD4 T cells and these cells make up for 98 percent of the functional T cells. These cells are needed to control the T. gondii in short and long term infections.
