Ejaculation is the release of semen from the male reproductory tract. The semen contains sperm and is usually accompanied by orgasm. Ejaculation is the final stage of male sexual stimulus, and an important component of natural conception. Sometimes ejaculation may also occur spontaneously during sleep. An ejaculation that is painful or uncomfortable is called a dysejaculation.
