Martial law is a mediation of exoneration of ordinary law through pragmatic proceedings of military forces in an emergency perspective. More precisely, a state is said to be under the condition of martial law when a calamity or crises that has badly influence the common civil recognition and regulated by military enforcement to control the situation for a limited time period. As, there are certain circumstances in applying the martial law in the country as if the law administration authorities are failed to maintain public order and security. The settlement of martial law varies in different sovereignty, however, they usually be in charge by a suspension of civil law.
