Percent Complete Notes:

Just as important it is to plan a project, the monitoring of the actual performance is also necessary. As the project is divided into the activities where a set of related activities are grouped into work packages by work breakdown structure (WBS). The actual work performed within a work package is calculated and the value is called percent complete. Percent complete shows the actual work completed in a work package as a proportion of actual work completed of the whole project. It is then multiplied by the total budgeted cost of the work package to convert it into dollar amount.
