Issue Log Notes:
Issues and problems during a project are inevitable. As different people work together, or different components of the project interact, issues may arise. These unexpected events called issues must be recorded, resolved and monitored. A document that lists all the issues taking place during the project is called issue log. The information that is included in the issue log includes issue type, the person who raised the issue, the time the issue was raised, description of the issue, priority, responsible person to resolve the issue, resolution due date, status and final solution. An issue log enables the project manager to track the issues and efficiently manage them.
