Managers within an organization can use five different types of schools of management based on the situation and type of organization. One of them is called behavioral school of management. As the name indicates, behavioral school of management involves the use of psychological techniques to manage the employees. This school of management is divided into two parts. The first part is linked with human relationship and the main focus in this part is on interpersonal relationship between the individuals of the organization. The second part is linked to the social system. The relation between the employees are affected by the social changes. This school of management identifies management as a system for determining the relationships on the basis of social changes. Behavioral school of management considers management as a set of different psychological techniques and tools to encourage the employees of the organization.
