Bacterial chromosome is a circular prokaryote chromosome that is present in archaea and bacteria in the form of a circular DNA or molecule. These chromosomes are circular in shape as opposed to the ones present in eukaryotes as they are linear DNAs. Since the shape is circular so there is absence of free ends in this type of DNA.
