Autograft is a procedure of transplantation of an organ or a tissue from one place to another place in the body of a person. For surgical reconstruction procedure, autograft can take place. It is the most secure and quickest-healing tissue, which is being used. Nevertheless, the patient must recover from the second surgical site that is created by harvesting the autograft tissue.
