Agranulocytes are a type of WBCs, also known as leukocytes. They lack prominent cytoplasmic granules, and have non-lobed nuclei, which are globular in shape. Agranular cells can be identified by missing granules in their cytoplasm and this characteristic differentiates them from granulocytes.
