A group of people who are responsible to manage quality within the organization is called quality circle. Quality circles aim to resolve the issues related to the quality and provide the organization with recommendations regarding quality. The employees involved in quality circles meet frequently to discuss the topics related to quality within the organization. The meetings of quality circles aid in identifying the quality issues, analyzing the situations, recommending the proposed solutions, and implement the changes.
