During a project, documentation is very important. It enables the project manager to record all the necessary information regarding project. One of the important documents of project is called project business case. A business case is basically a feasibility report that shows that either the benefits that must be provided by the project are valid or not. Business case lists the project's objectives and then compare the project's performance with the objectives at the end of the project. As project business case is a feasibility study document, it can be prepared even before the start of the project for bid/no-bid decision. Business case includes project needs, statement of opportunity, analysis of the situation, critical success factors, risks identification etc.
