Self Directed Team Notes:
A self-directed work team (SDWT) is a gathering of individuals, normally representatives in an organization, who join various abilities and gifts to work without the typical administrative supervision toward a typical reason or objective. Commonly, a SDWT has somewhere close to two and 25 individuals. An ideal SDWT is said to be somewhere in the range of five and nine individuals.
