Sexual Harassment Definition:
Actions that are sexually directed, are unwanted, and subject the worker to adverse employment conditions or create a hostile work environment.

Sexual Harassment Notes:
Inappropriate behavior is characterized by law and incorporates demands for sexual favors, lewd gestures or other sexual lead when (1) accommodation is either unequivocally or certainly a condition influencing scholastic or work choices; (2) the conduct is adequately extreme or unavoidable as to make a scary, unfriendly or offensive condition; or (3) the conduct endures in spite of protest by the individual to whom the direct is coordinated.
