Condensation is the liquefaction of vapour. A condensed state is a solid or liquid state which means accumulation of vapours of substance. Examples of condensation include dew forming on grass in the early morning, eye glasses fogging up in cold weather, or water drops forming on a glass holding a cold drink on a hot day. The occurrence of condensation is due to cold air. Formation of clouds is also due to condensation.
