Drugs Notes:
Drugs are the substances extracted from plants in curing diseases, and it is believed that without drugs, many people may suffer badly and have much shorter lives. To fight against a bacterial infection, antibiotics were discovered, that helps in killing bacteria without causing any harm to other living cells. The first antibiotic was discovered, named as penicillin, extracted by the fungus penicillum, responsible for killing bacteria ceasing them to make cell walls.
