Primase Notes:
Primase is the enzyme that synthesis the primer. The DNA replication cannot just begin on its own on the template strand. One of the important things that need to be present is an RNA primer. RNA primer serves as the basis on which DNA Polymerase begins its replication after it binds to the promoter. Therefore its synthesis is important before DNA replication.
