Monohybrids Notes:
A hybrid that is heterozygous with respect to a specified gene. It is just a term used to describe an individual which is heterozygous for gene in question. A monohybrid cross is a mating between two organisms with different variations at one genetic chromosome of interest. The character being studied in a monohybrid cross are governed by two or multiple variations for a single locus.
