Having an authentic mailing list of existing customers is a great opportunity for the company. It can be used in different surveys, for example, to determine product sales, conducting market survey for a new product, to get customer's feedback about the product. The mail list should be updated on daily bases in order to get accurate results. It contains customer's email address for an efficient feedback. Therefore, it has market advantage to keep record of their mailing list which includes; record of the product mostly purchased by the customer, method of their purchase, and, contact with customer service.
