Behavioral Interview Notes:
Behavioral interview together talking is meeting based with respect to finding how the interviewee acted in explicit business related circumstances. The rationale is that how you carried on in the past will anticipate how you will carry on later on, i.e., past execution predicts future execution. It's essential to remember that there are no set in stone answers. The questioner is basically attempting to see how you carried on in a given circumstance. How you react will decide whether there is a fit between your abilities and the position the organization is trying to fill. In this way, listen cautiously, be clear and point by point when you react and, above all, be straightforward. In the event that your answers aren't what the questioner is searching for, this position may not be the best work for you.
