Reasonable Accommodation Definition:
A modification to a job or work environment that gives a qualified individual an equal employment opportunity to perform.

Reasonable Accommodation Notes:
A reasonable accomodation help or changes to a position or work environment that will empower a worker to do their activity in spite of having an inability. Under the ADA, managers are required to furnish sensible housing to qualified workers with in-capacities, except if doing so would represent an undue hardship. Qualified workers are the individuals who hold the important degrees, abilities, and experience for the activity; and who can play out its basic capacities, with or without a convenience.
