Reasonable Accommodation Notes:

A reasonable accomodation help or changes to a position or work environment that will empower a worker to do their activity in spite of having an inability. Under the ADA, managers are required to furnish sensible housing to qualified workers with in-capacities, except if doing so would represent an undue hardship.
