Agglutinin Notes:
Agglutinins are the antibodies, which causes the antigens to collect and gather when they bind to the antibodies on the antigen-binding sites. These might also be linked with the diseases such as autoimmune diseases, which are called cold agglutinin disease. In this disease, body starts to produce agglutinins or antibodies, which coagulate the RBCs and start to lyse them at room temperatures.
