Downward Communication Notes:
Downward communication is where data or messages streams from the highest point of the authoritative structure from the base of the hierarchical structure. Descending correspondence happens when data streams down the hierarchy structure bosses to subordinates. This sort of correspondence may structures, for example, staff gatherings, organization bulletin, organization approach explanation, data updates, email, eye to eye contact, orders, guidance and so on. In this way, descending correspondence is where data or messages streams from the top degree of the authoritative structure the base degree of the hierarchical structure.
