The Henderson Clark model is a model that delineates the various circumstances wherein a business may inventive itself or its item. The Henderson model depends on 4 essential explanations behind advancement. Henderson and Clark saw that the Incremental - Radical polarity alone was insufficient to clarify what organization would be in a superior position to develop and under what conditions.
