Higher Order Needs Notes:
Regard needs are self image needs or status needs. Individuals build up a worry with getting acknowledgment, status, significance, and regard from others. Most people have a need to feel regarded; this incorporates the need confidence and dignity. Regard exhibits the commonplace human want to be acknowledged and esteemed by others. Individuals regularly take part in a calling or leisure activity to pick up acknowledgment. These exercises give the individual a feeling of commitment or worth. Low confidence or a feeling of inadequacy may result from uneven characters during this level in the progressive system. This degree of need alludes to the acknowledgment of one's maximum capacity.
