Regard needs are self image needs or status needs. Individuals build up a worry with getting acknowledgment, status, significance, and regard from others. Most people have a need to feel regarded; this incorporates the need confidence and dignity. Regard exhibits the commonplace human want to be acknowledged and esteemed by others.
