Present perfect continuous tense is also known as present perfect progressive tense it expresses long actions that started I the past and continue until now, for example "I've been living in France for almost two years. Secondly recent actions that have clear evidence now. For example, "her eyes are read because she's been crying all evening" thirdly, used for shorter, more temporary situations. For example "have they been learning Turkish this week?" in these situations we can use this perfect progressive structure. Has+ He/She/It+been+verb+ing. Have +You/We/I/They +been +verb+ing "She has been cooking" "You have been cooking".
