Non Polar Definition:
A molecule with no separation of charge is called non-polar.
Cambridge International AS and A Level Chemistry by Ryan Lawrie, Roger Norris
Non Polar Notes:
Non polar molecules are those molecules in which charges are equal and there is no separation of charge. When atoms bond together to form molecules, they share electrons. If the sharing of electrons is equal by the atoms, then there is no resulting charge, and the molecule is called nonpolar. Polar molecules are the opposite and have a positive or negative charge.
