DNA sequencing Notes:
DNA sequencing is the process of determining the nucleic acid sequence which is the precise order of nucleotides in DNA. It includes any method or technology that is used to determine the order of the four bases: adenine, cytosine, guanine and thymine. With rapidly growing DNA sequencing methods, biological and medical research and discovery has had many advances and several organisms have had their genomes sequenced.
