Services are the transaction which is transferred from seller to buyer with no physical goods. They are basically intangible in nature. Tourism industry provide best services to their consumers by creating value for them in such a way that providing them the room which is near to hills side. Services also include the best medical check-ups, mail deliveries and teaching. It is business model which offers intangible value against the physical product. Customers receive something which can't be hold instead of products such as mobile phones, clothes etc.
