Multifactor Productivity Notes:
It is productivity calculation method in which more than one factor is involve such as the capital and labor. Multifactor productivity is the ratio of all output to all the subset of inputs which may include only material and capital or only labor. It can be measured in same units such as standard hours or dollars. Multifactor is considered as the aggregate of all process. It measures the economic performance which compares the amount of products and services to the amount of all inputs and also known as total factor productivity.
