Critical path scheduling describes as the continuous efforts of critical activities of a product schedule from starting to the end point of the project. Therefore, the sum of the activity time frame in the difficult path is equivalent to project's duration. Hence, if there would be any delay in the critical activity, it would result in a delay of project completion.
