Relative Pronoun Definition:
Who, whom, which, and whose can also be used as relative pronouns in declarative sentences. They are not considered interrogative in this form, because they are no longer associated with a question; rather, they are used to help clarify whom or what a sentence is talking about, or else give extra information about it.

Relative pronoun is used to refer or defines the noun used previously in the text that whether they are place, people ,thing , animals or idea. These pronouns used to connect two sentences and in order to precise the text and to give maximum information of a noun in one sentence. The most commonly used relative pronouns are which ,that,whom, whoever and what. In some cases when and where can also serve as a relative pronoun. For example "This is the man who had an accident." "Yesterday I saw car that was really old " as from these sentences we can get maximum information about noun using these specific pronouns.
