Minerals Notes:
Minerals are considered as a fundamental element in operating different body functions as well as in improving and maintain the health in human beings. It also a great source of energy that human receives in their diets, directly consumes from plants and water or indirectly from animals foods. There are two categories of mineral: major minerals and trace minerals. Major minerals that human require is 100 mg each day and trace minerals less then 100 mg daily. Major minerals are included: sodium, potassium, chloride and calcium, magnesium & phosphorus while, trace minerals are: iron, copper, zinc, chromium, fluoride and iodine.
