Work Teams Notes:

Groups share certain qualities, including an obviously characterized reason (mission) and objectives. Collaboration is characterized by a common duty both to the group's procedure (how the group cooperates) and to its item (what work the group achieves). This pledge to group procedure is shown through the improvement and utilization of group standards and guidelines, a readiness to focus on gathering process, and a feeling of shared responsibility both to the individuals from the group as people and the group in general. In the most ideal everything being equal, groups are shaped purposely and cautiously to address work issues that an individual or a gathering of people can'T meet as adequately.
