Ethnocentric Attitude Notes:
Ethnocentric frame of mind is the parochialistic conviction that the best work approaches and practices are those of the nation of origin. Chiefs with an ethnocentric disposition accept that individuals in outside nations don't have the required abilities, aptitude, learning, or experience to settle on the best business choices as individuals in the nation of origin do. They wouldn't confide in outside representatives with key choices. The Ethnocentric Approach is one of the strategies for universal enlistment wherein, the HR enrolls the perfect individual for the correct activity for the worldwide organizations, based on the abilities required and the eagerness of the contender to blend with the association's way of life. In Ethnocentric Approach, the key positions in the association are loaded up with the workers of the parent nation. All the administrative choices viz. Mission, vision, targets are defined by the MNC's at their base camp, and the equivalent is to be trailed by the host organization.
