Ethnocentric frame of mind is the parochialistic conviction that the best work approaches and practices are those of the nation of origin. Chiefs with an ethnocentric disposition accept that individuals in outside nations don't have the required abilities, aptitude, learning, or experience to settle on the best business choices as individuals in the nation of origin do. They wouldn't confide in outside representatives with key choices.
